Jackie is a star along with the rest of the team at St Marks. My son and daughter have received outstanding care from Jackie and Doctor Hyre who went far beyond our expectations to make sure they are both safe well regarding the rare condition my children have. May l take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The reassurance you have given technical expertise and experience is invaluable long may it continue. Kind regards Jason Littler

Jackie is amazing! She goes above and beyond to ensure my children receive the best care, feel safe, secure and they now have little or no anxiety to return and undergo their procedures year on year. Without Jackie and the polyposis team, I don't think my children would have such positive experiences during their ongoing care. She is one in a million!

She understands what she is doing and helps to keep me calm. She always looks after me and does whatever it takes to make sure I'm ok.

Jackie has been helping us with our two children's monitoring for F.A.P. and has been superb continuously ever since St Marks started overseeing our children's health. Very Helpful,Understanding, Knowledgeable, Efficient and Kind. Also Huge thanks to Dr Hyer, who the kids love, the nurses and everyone on the team and in the ward looking after the Children. Everyone we have come into contact with has been brilliant, understanding and very caring. Second to none. Roger & Sarah Spencer

Jackie really cares about her patients and always offers a supportive ear. I totally trust her and Dr Hyer with the care of my daughter and know that they always have her best interests at the forefront of the decisions they make. That being said, despite all the amazing medical knowledge and experience they have between them, they will always listen and take account of "a mothers/fathers instict" when it comes to understanding the health needs of my child. We are very lucky to have them in our lives.
